JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) confirmed that the Party’s Disciplinary Body (BPDO) are currently examining Fahri Hamzah related to his performance as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR) that triggers specuFahri Hamzahlation PKS may end up to replace the outspoken lawmaker.
According to Tifatul Sembiring, Fahri has been examined by the PKS’ Disciplinary Body on Monday evening. But Tifatul asked the press to wait to the results of the examination.
Fahri, as quoted by national media, earlier revealed about recommendation from the PKS’ Disciplinary Body to him to resign from his position as the Deputy Speaker of the DPR.
Fahri, in his defense, said the PKS’ Disciplinary Body has no authority to review his performance as a state official. Fahri, moreover, sniffed certain effort to creating chaos within the PKS through the Party’s internal examination against him. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
