JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Cement producer PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) booked revenue of Rp1.34 trillion in first eleven months of this year, grew by 23% from Rp1.08 trillion in the corresponding period of 2014.
Its cement sales volume rose 25% to 1.41 million tons for the period, compared to 1.13 million tons a previous year.
SMBR allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp2.4 trillion for 2016, mostly used to fund its new cement mill construction (Baturaja 2).
Baturaja 2 cement mill costs 3.32 trillion and will have production capacity of 1.85 million tons per year, targeting to operate in the first half of 2017.
