JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.15% at 4,661 this morning to tracking gains in regional markets and Wall Street.

Blue chips led market’s gain. Alam Sutera rose 2.5%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Mandiri increased 0.6% each, Kalbe Farma hiked 0.68%, Lippo Karawaci lifted 3.08%, and Trada Maritim gained 0.7%.

Other advancers were Wijaya Karya (+1.14%), Waskita Karya (+1.23%), Global Mediacom (+1.1%), Matahari Putra Prima (+1%), and Hanson International (+1.6%).

Nymex’s crude oil fell 0.28% to US$106.53 per barrel in Asian trading this morning.
