JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Sinar Mas Land plans to launch the high end project in the 228 hectares integrated area in Nongsa, Batam, the third phase of project development in the city of Riau island
Previously property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) developed 2 property projects, Duta Mas Garden in Batam Center and Palm Springs Golf & Beach Resort in Nongsa.
Sinar Mas Land anticipates the massive investment in Batam which would be the main growth for property business in that city along with the Asean Economic Society (MEA).
Batam as the region linked to the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) is predicted to be one of manufacture industry strength in implementing the liberalization of goods distribution and investment.
