JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened higher 1.5% at 4514 this morning inline with regional markets.
Asian shares edged up on Tuesday, as investors awaited Chinese factory surveys later in the session amid persistent concerns about cooling growth in the world’s second-biggest economy, Reuters reported.
Nymex’s crude oil rose 0.2% to US$41.74 per barrel in Asian trading this morning and gold increased 0.23% to US$1,067.70 per ounce.
Astra International gained 2.53%, Bank Central Asia rose 4%, Bank Rakyat Indonesia rose 3.94%, Bank Mandiri hiked 3.53%, Charoen Pokphand lifted 3%, XL Axiata jumped 3.9%, Indofood climbed 4.1%, Indocement gained 3.6%, and Jasa Marga 3.67%.
