JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (Bareskrim POLRI) is expected this morning (Nov. 18) to re-examine the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of state port operator company PT Pelindo II Richard Joost (RJ) Lino.
Lino’s lawyer Freidrich Yunadi earlier told Kompas.com that his client will answer the Police’s call. The examination session, Yunadi said, will be held at around 10:00 am of Jakarta time.
Last week, the Bareskrim has questioned Lino for 9 hours on November 9. The Bareskrim has questioned Lino as a witness in corruption allegation of the procurement of 10 mobile cranes worth Rp35 billion in his company.
The Bareskrim has investigated the case since August 2015. In this case, Pelindo II’s technical director Ferialdy Noerlan has been named as suspect.(haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
