SYDNEY (Yosefardi) – Robust Resources Ltd, where Salim Group is a substantial shareholder, continued to report strong gold, silver, and base metals discovery from the Purple Heart prospect at Lakuwahi Caldera on Romang Island, Maluku.
Results from LWD 324 drilling include 51m at 1.49 g/t gold equivalent while LWD 328 intersected an even thicker 108m mineralized zone, but a lower grade of 0.53 g/t gold equivalent.
Robust controls 77.5% interest in the Romang Island project with an interim JORC mineral resource estimate of 592,000 ounces of gold, 27.7 million ounces of silver, 95 million pounds of copper, 697 million pounds of lead, and 678 million pounds of zinc.
Since the completion of the JORC resource estimate in January 2012, Robust has completed additional drilling totaling over 12,000 meters and over 150 holes.
