JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS)’s subsidiary PT CSM Corporatama has obtained Rp170 billion loan from PT Tritunggal Intipermata, IMAS’ shareholder.
The loan has a period commencing to 27 October 2016 and carrying no interest.
IMAS suffered net loss of Rp158.68 billion for January-September 2015 period, equal to loss Rp156.14 billion in the same period of last year. Revenues declined 5.3% to Rp13.43 trillion. Cost of revenues reached Rp11.41 trillion.
Its assets reached Rp26 trillion while liability amounted Rp19.5 trillion. The company has cash of Rp1.23 trillion.
