JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State-owned PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) provided loan of Rp200 billion to PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Jawa Tengah (Bank Jateng), to support the government’s one million housing project.

Earlier SMF had disbursed Rp553.9 billion loan to 7 BPDs; Bank DKI, Bank Nagari, Bank NTB, Bank Kalsel, Bank Kalbar, BPD DIY, and BJB Syariah.

As at June 2015, SMF’s assets reached Rp8.88 trillion while liability amounted Rp4.79 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp905.86 billion.

SMF booked net profit of Rp131 billion in the first half of this year on interest income of Rp424.28 billion.
