JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) suffered loss of Rp69 billion in the first half of 2015 as revenue fell 8.5% to Rp282 billion.
Its assets reached Rp10.04 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.85 trillion. BKSL plans to next month start the superblock construction project located in Sentul with investment cost of Rp3 trillion.
While property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) booked profit of Rp145 billion in the first half of this year, fell 28.6% from the same period of last year. Its revenue rose 16.6% to Rp993 billion.
