JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) partners with Korea Land & Housing Corporation, state-owned company of South Korea government, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop the mega project, integrated Lido Estate, West Java, Investor Daily reported.
KPIG has previously partnered with a foreign company engaging on design and production house based in Los Angeles, United States, to develop the first world standard theme part in Indonesia at Lido project.
The groundbreaking of theme park is targeted for mid 2016 and to commence commercial operation by end 2018.
KPIG has also partnered with Trump Hotel Collection to manage resort with 6-star facility at Lido project.
