JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Bukopin Tbk has in September 29, 2015 injected Rp100 billion to its subsidiary PT Bank Syariah Bukopin (BSB).
After the transaction, BBKP now controls 89.07% shares of BSB, compared to previous 86.82% or Rp442 billion.
While BBKP’s shareholders are Bosowa Corporindo (30%), Kopelindo (18.09%), government of Indonesia (11.43%), and public investors (40.48%).
