JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk plans to launch the initial public offering (IPO) for 200 million shares, priced at Rp200-300 per share, to raise proceeds of Rp40-60 billion.
Mitra Komunikasi is engaged in general trading business mainly cellular phones and sole agent for Cyrus brand-gadget. The listing of shares is scheduled for October 25, 2015, facilitated by PT Minna Padi Investment Tbk as underwriter.
Mitra Komunikasi booked revenue of Rp310.71 billion for January-April 2015 period. In 2014, it booked revenue of Rp847.38 billion and Rp626.44 billion in 2013.
