JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) revealed that 44 people have been injured from 6.8-magnitude earthquake hitting Sorong regency in West Papua province on Thursday (Sep. 24) evening.
About 2 out of 44 people injured from the earthquake got serious injuries. While 42 others got light injuries.
The earthquake has also damaged 257 houses. The BPDB Sorong, however, assured that there is no death victim from the earthquake. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.
