JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police is expected on Friday (Sep. 18) to officially submit the dossiers of two separate cases implicating Abraham Samad and Bambang Widjojanto, the two non-active commissioners of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), to the Attorney General Office (AGO).

The National Police reportedly has summoned both Abraham and Bambang for questioning this morning before later handing over their dossiers to the AGO.

Abraham is expected to be questioned in Makassar, South Sulawesi, at around 7:00 am of local time by investigator team from the South & West Sulawesi Police office.

Bambang, meanwhile, is expected to be questioned by investigator team from the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (Bareksrim POLRI) at the Bareskrim’s office at around 9:00 am.

Abraham and Bambang’s lawyer Julius Ibrani, as quoted by Kompas.com, confirmed the police call for his clients.

As reported earlier, Abraham has been named as suspect in a falsification of document by the South & West Sulawesi Police office. While Bambang has been named as suspect by the Bareskrim in a case related to the post-election dispute of Kotawaringin Barat regency (Central Kalimantan) handled by the Constitutional Court (MK) back in 2010.
