JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk (EMDE) booked net profit of Rp35.64 billion in the first half of 2015, grew by 25% from Rp28.4 billion in the same period of 2014. Sales rose 9.8% to Rp169 billion. Its assets totaled Rp1.13 trillion while liability amounted Rp492.7 billion.
EMDE targets revenue to grow by 15% to Rp358 billion this year, from Rp311.28 billion last year. It allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp600 billion for this year.
PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) booked net profit of Rp30.8 billion in the first half of 2015, grew by 11% from Rp27.9 billion in the same period of 2014.
Revenues increased 2.8% to Rp251 billion. Its assets reached Rp2.37 trillion while liability amounted Rp868.6 billion. This year, INPP is working on some projects located in Sanur-Bali and Manado-North Sulawesi.
Newly listed property developer PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP) booked net profit of Rp8.48 billion in the first half of 2015, dropped 62% from Rp22.54 billion in the same period of 2014 while revenue rose 25.8% to Rp78 billion.
It suffered foreign exchange (forex) loss of Rp19.37 billion, against profit Rp2.17 billion a previous year. Its assets reached Rp3.14 trillion while liability amounted Rp695.89 billion.
PT Nirvana Development Tbk (NIRO) posted net profit of Rp27.9 billion in the first half of 2015, against loss of Rp9.3 billion in the same period of 2014, as sales and revenues jumped 157% to Rp363.6 billion. Its assets reached Rp3.45 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.15 trillion.
