JAKARTA (yOSEFARDI) – PT Banten West Java Tourism Development (BWJ), subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk, and China-based Hanking Industrial Group Co, Ltd plans to develop tourism area in Tanjung Lesung with investment cost of US$50 million.
Setyono Djuandi Darmono, president director of Jababeka, said Jababeka and Hanking will build a golf field in the area, exhibition centre, 4 hotels with 100 rooms each, and 2,000 villas.
As a special economic area, Tanjung Lesung, needs supporting facilities for improving services to local tourists and tourists from Japan, Korea, and China.
Currently some 4-star hotels operate in Tanjung Lesung area; Kalicaa Villa Estate, Tanjung Lesung Resort Hotel, The Blue Fish, The Sailing Club and Green Coral Exclusive Camping.
