JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Monorail mass transportation investor Ortus Holdings Ltd has partnered with SMRT International Pte Ltd on PT Jakarta Monorail project.
Both parties had set up a joint venture (JV) company aiming to strengthen capital structure and technical capability of PT Jakarta Monorail.
SMRT International has absorbed 40% new shares in JV issued by Singapore-based Ortus Infrastructure Capital Pte. Ltd, which controls 55% shares in PT Jakarta Monorail.
