JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk (EMDE) booked marketing sales of Rp245 billion in the first half of 2015, representing 35% of this year target of Rp700 billion.
It allocates Rp800 billion for funding the construction of apartment towers of Cinere Suites starting in the fourth quarter of this year. Now the company has landbank of 200 hectares.
EMDE targets revenue to grow by 15% to Rp358 billion this year, from Rp311.28 billion last year. It allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp600 billion for this year.
