JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk (BIKA) jumped 50% to Rp1500 per share on its trading debut this morning. Some 1.13 million shares worth Rp1.7 billion were exchanged hands.

The company, engaging in property construction and development, investment, trading, manufature, serives, and land transportation, has offered 150 million shares, priced at Rp1,000 per share, through the initial public offering (IPO). It raised proceeds of Rp150 billion.

BIKA booked net profit of Rp170.3 billion in 2014 on revenues of Rp957.4 billion. In 2013, its recorded net profit of Rp85.3 billion on revenues of Rp746.6 billion. Its assets reached Rp1.73 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.35 trillion.

While composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened up 0.4% at 4909 this morning, Asian stocks rose a fourth day amid relief over Greece’s debt deal, Bloomberg reported.
