JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State pharmaceutical company PT Phapros, subsidiary of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI), booked sales of Rp302 billion in the first half of 2015, jumped 57% from Rp192.2 billion in the same period of 2014.

The company booked net profit of Rp23.5 billion in the period, compared to Rp2.3 billion profit in the first half of last year.

Phapros also boosted sales of its medicine products to private hospitals and new pharmaceutical segment. Now, generic drugs contributed almost 50% of total sales.

Phapros also plans to acquire pharmaceutical company, build hospital, and boost its production capacity.
