JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Financing firm PT Andalan Finance Indonesia has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) for syndicated loan facility of Rp980 billion provided by five banks, used to support this year’s financing target of Rp3 trillion.
That five banks are PT Bank Permata Tbk (to provide Rp300 billion), PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (Rp200 billion), PT Bank Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (Rp100 billion), PT BPD DIY (Rp100 billion), and PT Bank SBI Indonesia (Rp80 billion).
Andalan Finance has raised total loans of Rp2.6 trillion, 72% of its financing target for this year. In 2016, the company mulls to seek funds from capital market.
