JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Japan-based IT Holdings Corporation have absorbed more than 50% of IPO shares of newly listed PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC), or 10% of ATIC shares.

Anabatic has offered 375 million shares, or 20% of its total issued and paid-up shares capital, priced at Rp700 per share, through the initial public offering (IPO), raising total proceeds of Rp262.5 billion.

IT Holdings Corporation bought ATIC shares through its subsidiary TIS. IT Holdings intends to establish a synergy between TIS and Anabatic.

Meanwhile, Anabatic allocates Rp140 billion for acquiring two IT companies this year, including a company based in Malaysia.
