JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Buana Finance Tbk has on Wednesday (June 24) signed loan facility agreement of US$65 million with the syndicated banks arranged by Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank.
The syndiacated banks consist of Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai International Finance Centre Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited-Singapore Branch, Taishin International Bank Co Ltd-Singapore branch, PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk and PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk.
The loan has tenor of 36 months, used to support its financing. Buana Finance’s financing reaches Rp3.45 trillion as at March 2015 of which new financing accounted for Rp598.6 billion.
