JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Astra Sedaya Finance had on Friday last week (June 19) issued medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp300 billion, set to mature in June 19, 2017 and June 19, 2018.
The company has existing bond debt of Rp5.67 trillion. Meanwhile PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk had in June 14, 2015 paid its matured Rp130 billion MTN.
BFI Finance has earlier signed Secured Term Loan Facility Agreement of US$50 million with tenor or 3 years, used to support its financing.
