JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Chief of the National Police Gen. Badrodin Haiti took the oath of Insp. Gen. Tito Karnavian as the new Head of Jakarta Police office, Friday (June 12).
The inauguration ceremony was took place at the National Police’s headquarters in Trunojoyo, South Jakarta. Tito have been installed along with seven other new regional police heads.
Tito replaces Insp. Gen. Unggung Cahyono, who has been promoted as Operational Assistant of the National Police Chief.
Prior to the inauguration, Tito served as the National Police Chief’s Assistant for Planning and Budgeting. Tito also ever served as the Head of Papua Police office and the Head of the National Police’s Special Detachment 88 Counter-Terrorism Squad. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
