JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Tito Sulistio is reportedly appointed as new president director for the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2015-2018 period, replacing Ito Warsito.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) will announce the appointment of new board member for IDX next week.

Other candidates competing for new IDX president director are Samsul Hidayat who is now director of IDX and Abiprayadi Riyanto, president director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

Samsul Hidayat along with Alpino Kianjaya, now working for MNC Securities, Chaeruddin Berlian, Hamdi Hassyarbaini, Sulistyo Budi, and Nicky Hogan are reportedly appointed as directors for IDX.

On Monday (June 10), IDX shareholders have also appointed Garibaldi Thohir as new president commissioner for IDX, replacing Dwi Soetjipto, now president director of state oil and gas firm PT Pertamina.

Tito Sulistio is now commissioner of toll operator PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP).

Previously he ever acted as director of PT Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corporation, CEO of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), Advisory Board of Association Indonesia Securities Companies (APEI), director of Sabre Systems International Pte Ltd, president director for PT Mitra International Resources Tbk, president director of PT Mitra Rajasa, and vice president director of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX).

Tito got his master degree from Inst D Enseignement Superiur Lucier Cooremans and bachelor degree for marketing from University of Indonesia (UI).

Meanwhile Garibaldi Thohir is now president director of coal miner PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO).
