KUALA LUMPUR (Yosefardi) – Protasco Berhad proposes to acquire 95 million ordinary shares of Rp1,000 each in PT Anglo Slavic Utama.
Protasco and Anglo Slavic had on 31 July 2013, via an exchange of letters, agreed to further extend the deadline for the Due Diligence Period to 30 September 2013, which shall coincide with the due date of the Conditions Period as set out in the Supplemental Agreement.
Additionally, both companies are still in the midst of procuring and fulfilling the Conditions Precedent of the SPA.
Anglo Slavic is an investment holding company whose principal activities are investing in oil and gas assets. Its authorized share capital reached Rp500 billion as at 26 December 2012.
