KUALA LUMPUR (Yosefardi) – IFCA MSC Berhad (IFCA) has on 21 May 2015 signed Heads of Agreement (HOA) in a relation to the proposed acquisition of the business of PT IFCA Consulting Indonesia (PICI).
The Proposed Transaction will enable IFCA to have direct control of its market presence in Indonesia as PICI has been the sole distributor of the Company’s software solutions in Indonesia for the past 10 years.
Leveraging on the Proposed Transaction, IFCA will have the opportunity to further grow its market presence in Indonesia and enjoy direct earning contributions from its Indonesian software solution business.
The Proposed Transaction will also serve as a platform for IFCA group to establish itself as a regional software solutions provider.
