JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) allocates Rp1.5 trillion for funding its expansion this year, allocated to construction, acquisition of new hospitals, and health clinic development.

The company targets to build 4 units of new hospital and to acquire 2 units of hospital this year. SILO also plans to build mini hospital or health clinic with 40 bads capacity, Siloam Express, which cost US$2 million.

SILO targets to have 25 units of health clinic by 2017. It plans to build 4 units of Siloam Express this year, located in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Surabaya.

SILO targets to book revenues of Rp3.6 trillion this year, a 48% jump compared to Rp2.4 trillion revenue last year. While Ebitda is targeted to jump by 92% to Rp868 billion, from Rp452 billion in 2014.

SILO also plans to offer 10% shares through private placement, targets to raise Rp1.5 trillion.
