JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property devloper PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) booked marketing sales of Rp214 billion in the first quarter of 2015, dropped 46% compared to Rp400 billion in the same period of 2014, representing 10.7% of this year’s target of Rp2 trillion, due to the economic downturn.
The company targets 75% marketing sales from landed houses projects and 25% from high rise projects. It allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp900 billion for this year, funded by internal cash, land sales, and bank loans.
BKSL is also seeking foreign partners to develop its apartment, commercial, and industrial estate projects in Sentul City. With Japan-based AEON, BKLS will build a shopping center at Sentul City.
