JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, Indonesian branch, booked profit of after tax of Rp139.57 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2015, grew by 16.8% from Rp119 billion in the same period of 2014.
Net interest income rose 52.4% to Rp128 billion from previous Rp84 billion. Net interest margin was 3.02%. Operating profit increased 18.7% to Rp171 billion from earlier Rp144 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp19.75 trillion of which credit amounted Rp3.65 trillion. Liability reached Rp19.78 trillion. Current account was Rp4.1 trillion and time deposits amounted Rp1.39 trillion. The banks’ CAR was 40.1% and LDR stood at 66.37%.
While The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd booked profit after tax of Rp933.3 billion in the first quarter of 2015, up 7.7% from Rp866.53 billion in the same period of 2014.
Net interest income rose 35.5% to Rp853.8 billion from previous Rp630 billion. Net interest margin was 2.99%. Operating profit grew by 20% to Rp1.2 trillion from earlier Rp978 billion/
The bank’s assets was Rp129.98 trillion of which credit amounted Rp91.8 trillion. Liability reached Rp118.24 trillion. Current account was Rp19.63 trillion and time deposit totaled Rp11.1 trillion. The banks’ CAR stood at 77.1% and LDR was 298%.
