JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) plans to issue 1.96 billion new shares, representing 10% of its enlarged shares capital, through private placement (or to new strategic buyer) within next 2 years.
The exercise price would be set at minimium Rp641 per share. Currently public investors hold 48.52 ASRI shares. PT Tangerang Fajar Industrial Estate holds 25.21% and PT Manunggal Prime Develoments owns the rest 26.27%.
ASRI booked marketing sales of Rp600.2 billion in the first quarter of this year. It targets to book marketing sales of Rp5.8 trillion this year, a 34.8% rise compared to Rp4.3 trillion last year.
ASRI booked net profit of Rp280.5 billion in first quarter of this year, declined 9.5% from Rp309.9 billion in the same period of last year. Revenue rose 14% to Rp990.7 billion.
