JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Telco player PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) has secured syndicated banks loan of US$185 million, equivalent Rp2.4 trillion, from 11 banks.
Bank Mizuho provides US$40 million loan, Siemens Financial US$37.5 million, CTBC Bank US$ 30 million, Cathay United Bank US$25 million, Sarana and Ta Chong Bank US$15 million each.
The loan will be used to refinancing the existing loan of US$790 million made in December 2014, used to fund the acquisition over 3,500 units of telco tower from PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL).
Apart from banks loan, SUPR also seek external funding this year. The company suffered loss of Rp379.9 billion in 2014, while revenue was Rp1.07 trillion.
