JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Central Statistics Agency’s (BPS) announced today the consumer prices index (CPI) rose 3.29% month-on-month in July.
While, year-on-year inflation rose 8.61%. Year to date, inflation was 6.75%. The inflation hike in July was mainly due to food inflation of 5.46%.
The inflation occurred in all 66 cities, highest inflation in Ternate (6.04%) and lowest in Singkawang (1.36%).
