JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Financing firm PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) will issue bonds worth Rp500 billion, part of its Rp1 trillion bond issue program this year.
The offering is scheduled for tomorrow (May 5). The bonds will be issued in 3 series with tenor of 370 days, 24 months and 36 months.
Series A bond amounting Rp232 billion will offer annual coupon of 10.50%, series B bond Rp143 billion will offer 11% annual coupon,
Acting as underwriters are PT BCA Sekuritas, PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, and PT Indo Premier Securities.
MFIN booked net profit of Rp53.7 billion in the first quarter of 2015, dropped 25% from Rp72 billion in the same period of 2014.
Revenues rose 10.5% to Rp429 billion from previous Rp388 billion. Operating expenses also increased 22% to Rp357 billion.
Its assets reached Rp4.7 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.2 trillion.
