JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property Developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) booked profit attributable to equity of Rp417.37 billion in the first quarter of 2015, grew by 23% from Rp339 billion in the same period of 2014.
Revenue increased 22.5% to Rp2.44 trillion from previous Rp1.99 trillion. Operating profit rose 25% to Rp628 billion from earlier Rp502 billion.
Its assets reached Rp39.6 trillion while liability amounted Rp20 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp3.44 trillion.
While its sister company PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) booked profit attributable to equity of Rp275 billion in the first quarter of 2015, grew by 21% from Rp227 billion in the same period of 2014. Revenue rose 9.5% to Rp494 billion from previous Rp451 billion.
Its assets reached Rp4.65 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.7 trillion. The company has cash of Rp386.6 billion.
