JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Offset printing and corrugated packaging firm PT Dwi Aneka Jaya Kemasindo Tbk (DAJK) plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp400 billion in the second quarter of this year, used to refinancing its long term debts.
Thge company also plans to acquire 2 companies this year, engaging in packaging business, to supporting the consolidation of business.
DAJK also plans to issue bond worth Rp1.5 trillion by mid of this year. To fund its business expansion next year, DAJK mulls to raise funds through the rights issue. It plans to build a plant in Subang, West Java, targeting to complete the construction by 2017.
