JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Ciputra Group recorded net profit of Rp1.14 trillion for the first half of this year, surged 128% from Rp499 billion in the same period of last year.
PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) booked net priofit of Rp669.49 billion, surged 153% from Rp264.93 billion. Its revenues jumped 88% to Rp2.48 trillion from earlier Rp1.32 trillion.
Operating profit reached Rp757.67 billion, soared 124% from Rp324.69 billion in first half of 2012. Its assets totaled Rp17.85 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.67 trillion.
PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (CTRS) posted net profit of Rp209.1 billion, jumped 64.6% from Rp127 billion in first half of 2012. Net revenues rose to Rp544.39 billion from previous Rp500 billion. Its assets totaled Rp5.27 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.97 trillion.
Meanwhile PT Ciputra Property Tbk (CTRP) booked net profit of Rp261 billion in first half of this year, surged 142% from Rp108.8 billion a year earlier. Revenues jumped 174% to Rp844.5 billion from previous Rp308.76 billion. Its assets totaled Rp6.9 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.68 trillion.
