JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Pikko Land Development Tbk (RODA) booked net profit of Rp518 billion in 2014, grew by 37.4% from Rp377 billion in 2013.
Revenues rose 7% to Rp685 billion from previous Rp640 billion. Operating profit increased 13.2% to Rp219 billion from earlier Rp194 billion.
RODA allocates Rp900 billion for investing in vertical residential project in West Bekasi, West Java. It plans to build 3 towers of apartment in near future. (rully@yosefardi.biz)
