JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial, state secondary mortgage company, posted net profit of Rp173.29 billion in 2014, grew by 19.3% from Rp144.74 billion in 2013.
Revenue rose 25.7% to Rp675.08 billion from previous Rp537.66 billion. Interest income increased 23.2% to Rp669.78 billion from earlier Rp542.85 billion. Interest expenses also jumped 33.2% to Rp405 billion.
The company’s assets reached Rp9.53 trillion while liability amounted Rp5.57 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.88 trillion.
