JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tbk (BBSD) booked net profit of Rp1.64 trillion in first half of this year, surged 178% from Rp588 billion in the same period of last year. Earning per share (EPS) was 87.65.
Operating income jumped 80% to Rp2.89 trillion from previous Rp1.6 trillion. While cost of goods sold reached Rp662.76 billion. Operating profit was Rp1.73 trillion, compared to Rp560 billion in first half of 2012.
Its assets totaled Rp20.19 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.24 trillion.
