JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial estate developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) targets its industrial land sales (60 ha) to reach US$80 million this year
In 2014, the company only sold 27.9 ha industrial area, priced at US$127.7/m2. In September 2014, SSIA has land usage permit of 2,000 ha in Subang, West Java.
SSIA plans to build 40 units of 3-star hotels within next 5 years. Currently it has some hotels such as Grand Melia Jakarta, Melia Bali Hotel, and Banyan Tree Ungasan Resort.
