JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), booked marketing sales of Rp1.02 trillion in 2014, declined 15% from Rp1.2 trillion in 2013.
Real estate segment contributed Rp563.75 billion sales, or 55% of total marketing sales. While industrial area segment contributed Rp457 billion or 45%.
KIJA targets to book marketing sales of Rp1.2 trillion for this year, estimating the land selling price to grow by 10-15%. It targets land sales of 20-25 ha this year.
The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp735 billion for this year, lower than last year’s Rp750 billion.
