BALIKPAPAN (Yosefardi) – PT Magma Bio Energy Korea plans to build coal-fired power plant in the industrial estate and international port of Maloy, East Kalimantan, Bisnis.com reported.

The said power plant aims to support the company’s project, to process coal to liquid (CTL) with production target of 22,000 barrels of liquid coal.

The project needs energy supply of minimum 400 megawatts (MW). Magma Bio Energy Korea will build power plant with capacity of 1000-1200 MW.
