JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bakrie Autoparts, subsidiary of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR), mulls to export its automotive components to Egypt and North Africa, partered with El Wahab Group.
BNBR and El Wahab Group has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the said cooperation.
Currently, Bakrie Autoparts exports its products to Brazil, Venezuela, Thailand, and Japan.
BNBR said Bakrie Autoparts will target passenger car segment and commercial vehicle for markets in Middle East and North Africa.
Bakrie Autoparts will allocate 20% of its export capacity to Middle East.
