JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) mulls to acquire some telecommunication towers, funded by its planned rights issue.
Currently META operates 700 towers, through its unit PT Telekom Infrastructure. META had early last year acquired PT Komet Infra Nusantara.
META booked revenue of Rp382.31 billion in first nine months of 2014. Toll road business contributed Rp252.31 billion or 66% of total revenue. Telecommunication segment contributed Rp94.62 billion and the rest was contributed by tower business.
Meanwhile tourism services provider PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) mulls to acquire 3-star hotel this year which costs US$15 million or Rp188 billion.
The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp400 billion for this year. It targets revenue to grow by 15-20% this year.
