JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) booked new contracts of Rp9.2 trillion in 2014, declined 14.8% from Rp10.8 trillion in 2013.
The achieved contracts only represents 60.5% of the company’s target of Rp15.2 trillion for 2014.
For this year, ADHI targets to book new contracts of Rp15.2 trillion, operating revenues of Rp13.2 trillion, and net profit of Rp440.1 billion.
ADHI expects to raise Rp3.9 trillion from launching the rights issue.
Meanwhile state construction firm PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) mulls to acquire companies engaging on infrastructure such as water supply and toll road.
It allocates capex of Rp1.7 trillion for this year. WIKA also targets to book total contracts of Rp54 trillion this year, with new contracts of Rp31 trillion, compared to Rp17.4 trillion estimated for 2014.
It targets to book revenue of Rp21 trillion this year.
