JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Reza Priyambada, head of research at securities firm PT Woori Securities, might face a lawsuit by gold producer PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) as Reza is accused of making invalid comments about the company.
PSAB management urges Reza to make the clarification for his report, then quoted by some online news media, within next 7 working days.
Reza, on its report, stated that trading in PSAB shares was driven by certain parties, could be such a person from internal company (PSAB) or just a rumor from external parties, for the intention of cooking the stock.
Reza also mentioned that PSAB’s financial reports were likely fictitious or invalid. He also questions PSAB’s gold resource in Gorontalo, North Sulawesi.
