JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Tbk (TLKM) will seek loan of Rp11 trillion to fund its capital expenditure (capex) of Rp22 trillion for next year. TLKM might issue bond and seek bank loan.
New management of Telkom, under leadership of Alex Jenangkih Sinaga, targets TLKM’s revenue to grow by 20% in 2015.
TLKM will focus on expanding its cellular business (Telkomsel), digital network, and global expansion.
Alex replaces Arief Yahya, who is now minister of tourism. Only three Telkom directors, from previous management board, are maintained (Indra Utoyo, Muhammad Awaluddin, and Honesty Basyir.
Other four new directors of Telkom are Heri Sunaryadi (former CEO of Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia and former CEO of Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia), Herdy Rosadi Herman (previously VP Legal & Compliance of Telkom), Dian Rachmawan (CEO of Telkom Hong Kong Ltd), and Abdus Somad Arief (previously director of Telkomsel).
